Make the sauce first by heating the ingredients (minus orange zest and cornstarch) for three minutes. Whisk the cornstarch with water in order to make paste. Remove your sauce from the heat when it thickened and then add the orange zest.

Now, the chicken. Stir the flour, cornstarch and salt in pie plate. Whisk your eggs in the shallow dish. Use egg and flour mixture to dip your chicken pieces then place them on plate.   • 12 chicken thighs

  • 2 chopped garlic cloves

  • ¼ cup of light soy sauce chicken
  • ¼ cup of dark soy sauce

  • 1 kg halved chicken thighs

Rice ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups of uncooked white rice

  • 1 ¼ cups of stock
